Christmas bubbly from Mista Men

Mista Men are handing this out via Deep thrills, for those of you who caught their mix for DJ Q's  1 Xtra show, you'll know they've been sat on a couple of big tracks and this is one of them. Cava is a bit of revival 2-step; warm stabs over a jerky break with a cut up vocal sample: standard 2-step ingredients. Plus the fellas just got shot by Shaun Bloodworth, considering his history, that's kinda a big deal.

Krystal Klear

To say I'm excited about new Krystal Klear material would be an understatement. I've absolutely rinsed Greensilver and his Fact mix and I'm getting tired of listening to unreleased radio rips on youtube. This one's dropping on Eglo on a 12" on the 19th of december, with the digital following on in january, and it's soullllllfuuuuuuulllll.

Lokiboi x Hackman

Lokiboi's been pretty busy recently, collaborating with just about everyone that I love and listen to. This particular collab with Hackman ended up on XLR8R this morning after floating around the internet in various people's mixes. A propulsive 4x4 track, dripping in samples and FX, twists and turns before mellowing half way through and floating out nicely. Cop it below, also worth checking out are the collabs with Ratcatcher and Klic.

Get low

Ok so i know I'm a little late on this one but I honestly can't believe how little attention this has received and how it slipped under the radar. This has been the secret weapon of a lucky few DJs for a couple of years. There's been dodgy copies of this been circulating the internet for about 2 years as well and, for those of you who've heard it, you'll know it's one of the best things Ms Dynamite's done. A full on bruk and bashy affair, Ms Dynamite rides Geeneus' crackish riddim with pure, unrelenting energy, bringing on a carnival atmosphere; a reminder of just how good funky was.

Goombawave

I gotta big up my boy Mike for putting me on to this, in particular one producer called MORRI$. XLR8R just upped this offering he did with Sinjin Hawke and it's stoopid; the track opens up with a set of euphoric, twinkling melodies before you hit a riser and it drops and rides along on a wave of 808 bass tones. For those that want more you should probably check out Maal A Goomba's Diana Francis mixtape (above) which nicely exhibits what Goombawave's alllll about.
